Terms of Service
By registering for a program with Purpose Youth Ministries, you agree to abide by the Terms of Service outlined below. In any cases of dispute, the Terms of Services will serve as the final resolution.
Participant Withdrawal from Programs
Purpose Youth Ministries has the right to withdraw participants from programs without prior notification of participants and/or parents/guardians under the following circumstances:
- Bullying of participants
- Threatening of staff, volunteers or participants
- Fighting
- Willful negligence that leads to injury or harm to staff, volunteers or participants
- Any other behaviour or actions that Purpose Youth Ministries has deemed unsuitable for participation in programs
Session Cancellation
In the event that a program is cancelled due to inclement weather, facility unavailability or any other circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Waivers
Waivers must be signed by all participants prior to the start of the program the participant is registered for. Participants will not be allowed to participate in any programs until the waiver has been completed.
